How much insulation should I put in my roof?
It will depend on the roofing material that is used in constructing your roof. There are varied roofing insulations that are available in the market, and each insulation are advised to be used with a certain type of roofing material to achieve better results. Take also into consideration that in insulating your roof the rafter depth of the attic or the height from the tip of the roof down to the base of roofing structure you should be considered, so that you will not over-insulate your roof that will just lead you to more costs.
